FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

When will I get my photos?

Residential real estate photos will be delivered to you inbox 24 hours after the completion of your photo shoot. If you don't see them by then, check your spam folder.
Most commercial and architectural shoots will be ready 3-4 days after the shoot, unless we let you know otherwise. Larger projects may take longer.

How do I pay you?

We'll send an invoice around when we send the photos which will have a link you can pay through with a credit card. You can also mail us a check to the address on the invoice, or you can send your payment via Zelle. Just make sure we know so we can give you the correct contact info. You can also pay cash or check on site, just let us know so we can have the invoice ready before the shoot.

How long will the photo shoot take?

It depends on the shoot and the services that are being provided. Most residential real estate photo shoots will take around an hour to an hour and a half.
Commercial and architectural shoots are very dependent on the size of the property, scope of the project, etc.

What happens if it's raining during my shoot?

There are two options for if there is bad weather during a photo shoot.
Option one is to reschedule to a day with better weather. If this is the option you go with, we won't charge a cancel fee.
Option two is to go ahead and photograph the interiors and then schedule a time for us to come back out to shoot the exteriors. There is a $35 fee for this to cover gas and the photographer's time.

Do you do virtual twilights?

We can if the exteriors were photographed on a cloudy, gloomy day or just before sunset. Otherwise, we don't like how it looks and would rather do a real twilight.

When will I get my video?

Turn around time on video is 48-72 hours for residential real estate/MLS.
Most commercial and architectural video will be ready in 3-4 days though larger projects may take longer.

What are temporary usage rights?

Temporary usage rights mean you can only use the photos and other media for as long as the home is for sale and you can not use the photos for anything else other than marketing the home that is for sale. All Residential Real Estate/MLS photo shoots come with temporary usage rights.
If you wish to use the photos and other media to market your business or for any other reason please contact us for more information.

What are permanent usage rights?

Permanent usage rights mean you can use the photos how you want to market your business and for as long as you want. All commercial and architectural shoots come with permanent usage rights so that you always have those photos for your portfolio. The only thing we ask you not do is sell or give them images to other parties.

What's your cancellation policy?

We understand that things can come up when you least expect it. If you need to cancel for any reason, let us know as soon as possible. If you have to cancel within 4 hours of the shoot there will be a $25 fee.

Do you do photo shoots on weekends?

Yes, we do! We have a limited availability on the weekend and there is a $50 fee for weekend shoots.

Will you shoot neighborhood amenities?

We can, just let us know, preferably before the shoot, so we can plan for it. If there are people at the amenities we may not be able to photograph them.

Do you use Matterport?

We currently do not use Matterport for our 360 tours. We use Ricoh Theta Z1s.
